Honor has expanded its budget smartphone lineup with the new Honor X6d, which has gone on sale in the UAE without much fanfare, skipping the usual launch events and marketing campaigns. This low-profile release reflects the phone’s focus on practicality rather than high-end features.

Honor X6d Price, Availability, and Specs

The Honor X6d targets users looking for a reliable device with 5G connectivity, a large display, and long-lasting battery life, rather than top-tier specifications. Its design and features closely follow Honor’s recent budget models.

The phone features a 6.75-inch HD+ display with thick bezels and a waterdrop-style notch, offering a sizable screen for videos and casual browsing, though it doesn’t include premium panel technologies.

Under the hood, the X6d is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor, built on a 6nm process to prioritize efficiency and stability. With 4GB RAM and 256GB storage, it can handle everyday tasks like messaging, streaming, and light app usage comfortably.

One standout aspect is software support: the X6d ships with Android 15 and MagicOS 9, which is notable in the entry-level segment where older Android versions are common.

The camera setup is modest, featuring a 50MP rear camera for general photography and a 5MP front camera for selfies and video calls — sufficient for everyday use but not aimed at photography enthusiasts.

Battery life is a key highlight, with a 5,260mAh battery designed to easily last through a full day. While charging speeds haven’t been disclosed, the focus is clearly on endurance rather than fast charging.

In terms of design, the X6d keeps things simple, with flat sides, a square camera module, and a matte back finish accented by a glossy camera area. It comes in Midnight Black and Ocean Cyan. Currently, the Honor X6d is available in the UAE through Jumbo.ae, with no word yet on a broader release, including in India.
