The CM talked about the steps his government took to keep peace between different groups, like putting up fences around graveyards in 2006 and temples in 2016 to stop fights and thievery.

Kumar remarked that a lot of new schools were opened and instructors were hired in order to focus on education and health as top priorities. “We started programs for uniforms and bicycles to encourage kids, especially girls, to stay in school. We hired 2.58 lakh teachers through the Bihar Public Service Commission not too long ago. He stated, “Also, 2.62 lakh contractual teachers have passed competency exams, bringing the total number of appointments to 5.2 lakh.”

Kumar remarked that Bihar’s health infrastructure has improved a lot when it comes to health treatment. “Before, government hospitals only had 39 patients a month. The average is now 11,600. “We started giving out free medicines and treatment in government hospitals in 2006, and it worked very well,” he remarked.

He also talked about how medical education is growing in the state. He remarked, “The number of medical colleges has gone up from six to twelve, and new ones are being built in 27 districts.”
