President Trump Claims Victory in Middle East Conflict While Slamming Prime Minister Starmer for Delayed Support

WASHINGTON — Trump Rebukes UK : President Donald Trump has sparked a fresh diplomatic row with the United Kingdom, delivering a blistering critique of Prime Minister Keir Starmer’s leadership. In a series of provocative Truth Social posts on Saturday, Trump accused the British government of attempting to join the Iran war only after the United States had already secured a decisive victory.

The President’s comments follow reports that the UK Ministry of Defence is preparing to deploy two aircraft carriers, the HMS Queen Elizabeth and HMS Prince of Wales, to the Middle East. However, Trump dismissed the gesture as “too little, too late.” He asserted that the U.S. no longer requires British naval assistance.

A “Special Relationship” Under Strain
The tension between Washington and London has intensified since the conflict began on February 28, 2026. Initially, Prime Minister Starmer blocked the use of British bases for U.S. strikes against Iran, citing the need for legal clarity. Although Starmer later authorized limited “defensive operations,” the delay clearly soured relations with the Trump administration.

“The United Kingdom, our once Great Ally, maybe the Greatest of them all, is finally giving serious thought to sending two aircraft carriers to the Middle East,” Trump posted. “That’s OK, Prime Minister Starmer, we don’t need them any longer — But we will remember.”

The President’s rhetoric highlights a widening rift in the historic “Special Relationship.” Trump further sharpened his dig by stating, “We don’t need people that join Wars after we’ve already won!”

Trump Declares Iran “The Loser of the Middle East”
President Trump’s confidence stems from what he describes as the “unconditional surrender” of Iranian influence. According to the President, the relentless military campaign by U.S. and Israeli forces has forced Tehran to apologize to its neighbors. Consequently, Trump claimed Iran has promised to cease all hostile fire in the region.

“Iran, which is being beat to HELL, has apologized and surrendered to its Middle East neighbors,” Trump wrote. He noted that this marks the first time in thousands of years that Iran has lost so decisively to surrounding nations. Trump proudly shared that regional leaders have reached out to thank him personally.

“I have said, ‘You’re welcome!’” he added. “Iran is no longer the ‘Bully of the Middle East,’ they are, instead, ‘THE LOSER OF THE MIDDLE EAST.’”

Escalation Warnings Despite Surrender Claims
Despite declaring victory, Trump warned that the military pressure will not subside. He signaled that “complete destruction” is still on the table for specific Iranian groups and areas. This warning suggests that Operation Epic Fury may enter a more aggressive phase targeting previously untouched sites.

“Today Iran will be hit very hard!” Trump cautioned. He emphasized that new targets are under consideration due to “Iran’s bad behavior.” This stance has left international observers wondering if the conflict is truly nearing its end or if a significant escalation is imminent.

Meanwhile, in London, officials have not yet confirmed a final departure date for the aircraft carriers. However, the political fallout from Trump’s public rebuke is likely to dominate the House of Commons in the coming days.
