Bhajanlal Sharma, the chief minister of Rajasthan, has acted decisively in eight departmental probe matters to guarantee accountability and discipline in the government. The administration has made it plain that administrative sanctity will not be compromised and that anyone who violate the rules will face harsh consequences.
Two medical personnel were fired.
Two medical officers in the Department of Ayurveda and Animal Husbandry were fired on the Chief Minister’s orders due to their criminal convictions. This action is seen as a strong statement about upholding discipline in government services.
Pension withholding decision under Rule 16
In three departmental investigation cases involving retired government doctors, the punishment for withholding pensions against four doctors and one employee was accepted under Rule 16 of the Rajasthan Civil Services Classification Control and Appeal Rules 1958. In light of the grave accusations, this decision has been made.

The results will be forwarded to the Governor in two instances.
In two further Rule 16 cases, it was determined to submit the investigation’s findings and the Governor’s inquiry based on non-state conduct charges for approval. The strict disciplinary procedure will result from this.

In a Rule 17 case, the appeal was accepted, and the officer in question received relief. It is evident that the government is evaluating each case fairly.
