Chandigarh: A detailed progress report on the International Bhagavad Gita Mahotsav 2026 was presented to Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Saini in the presence of Gita Manishi Swami Gyananand Ji Maharaj and senior officials of the Kurukshetra Development Board.

The presentation highlighted preparations, international outreach plans, and cultural collaboration efforts under the International Bhagavad Gita Mahotsav 2026, aimed at strengthening India’s spiritual diplomacy on a global platform.

The International Bhagavad Gita Mahotsav 2026 is being developed as a global cultural initiative to promote the teachings of the Bhagavad Gita across countries, especially strengthening India–Japan cultural relations.

Officials stated that the initiative will serve as a bridge between ancient Indian philosophy and modern global society, enhancing cultural understanding and exchange.

 Report Presented in Presence of Spiritual Leaders

The detailed report on the International Bhagavad Gita Mahotsav 2026 was presented in the dignified presence of Swami Gyananand Ji Maharaj. The report was jointly shared by Dr. Amit Aggarwal, Member Secretary of Kurukshetra Development Board, Honorary Secretary Upendra Singhal, and member Vijay Narula of the International Gita Jayanti Mela Authority.
