Haryana CM Saini Presents Good Governance Awards to Departments Driving Digital Transformation

Departments like DDLLY, HARTRON, and Education recognized for innovative, citizen-focused digital initiatives

 CM Nayab Singh Saini presents nine Good Governance awards to departments for citizen-centric digital initiatives and Smart, Seamless, Paperless governance.

Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini presented nine Good Governance awards to different departments in honor of the great freedom fighter Mahamana Pandit Madan Mohan Malviya and former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee, who was born on this day. These departments were instrumental in making the vision of “Digital Haryana” a reality. These consist of five State Level Awards and four Flagship Schemes.

The Chief Minister commended officials and staff for using digital tools to streamline operations across government agencies. During a state-level event on Thursday in Panchkula, the recipients were recognized for implementing digital changes in their departments and for ensuring that citizens receive citizen-centric services in a timely and hassle-free manner.

Smart, Seamless, and Paperless are among the recipients of the State Level Award (Flagship Scheme). The Deen Dayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana (DDLLY) of the Social Justice, Empowerment, Welfare of SCs & BCs and Antyodaya (SEWA) Department, the Future of Deed Registration of the Revenue and Disaster Management, the Policy for Allocating EWS Plots/Flats in Licensed Colonies of the Housing for All Department, and the Transformation of Skill Development through Future-Oriented Technologies of HARTRON.

In addition, the Elementary Education Department’s Padhe and Likhe Rohtak. State Level Awards were given to the Education Department’s Kushal Business Challenge, the Industries & Commerce Department’s From Menace to Mandate Haryana’s Blueprint for e-Waste Governance, the Revenue & Disaster Management Department’s Har Ghar Chhat, and the Finance Department’s E-Kuber From Traditional Banking to E-Banking.
