AHMEDABAD/SURAT, GUJARAT – Raising serious concerns about the political situation in Gujarat, AAP Gujarat leader Manoj Sorathia revealed that party chief Arvind Kejriwal has written a letter to Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel regarding the alleged harassment of AAP Gujarat workers.
Sorathia said that AAP Gujarat workers have been targeted with false FIRs, subjected to undue pressure, and even sent to jail under politically motivated actions. “The misuse of police machinery to intimidate opposition party workers is extremely dangerous for democracy,” he added.

Highlighting the purpose of Kejriwal’s letter, Sorathia stated that the national AAP chief emphasized that no political party should be prevented from raising its voice, and citizens must have the right to know the truth. “If opposition workers are jailed under false cases and the truth is suppressed, who will speak for the people? How will the real issues reach the government?” he questioned.
