New Delhi: Reliance Jio has introduced a new entertainment-focused recharge plan for users who prefer watching television content on their smartphones. The newly launched JioTV Pro Pack is priced at Rs. 55 and provides access to more than 1,000 live TV channels through the JioTV app for 30 days.
Unlike regular Jio prepaid and postpaid plans, this recharge is not designed for mobile data, voice calling, or SMS benefits. Instead, it focuses entirely on mobile entertainment, allowing subscribers to stream a wide range of television channels using an active Jio connection.
Rs 55 Recharge Includes 1,000+ Live Channels
The JioTV Pro Pack gives users access to over 1,000 live TV channels available in more than 16 languages. The content library covers multiple categories, including entertainment, movies, news, lifestyle, and kids’ programming.
Jio has positioned this pack as a budget-friendly option for users who already have a mobile plan but want additional access to live television content without subscribing to expensive entertainment services.
More Than 150 Premium Channels Available
Along with regular channels, the new Jio recharge pack also unlocks over 150 premium channels. Users can watch popular networks such as StarPlus HD, Colors HD, Sony Entertainment Television HD, Discovery, and Animal Planet.

Sports Streaming Not Included in JioTV Pro Pack
While the JioTV Pro Pack includes several premium channels, sports enthusiasts should note that live sports streaming is not part of this subscription.
Even though some channels from JioStar and Sony are available, their live sports channels are excluded from the Rs. 55 plan. Users looking to stream live cricket matches or other sporting events will need a separate sports-focused subscription or plan.
How to Activate JioTV Pro Pack
Activation of the new recharge plan is simple. Users only need to log in to the JioTV app using their registered Jio mobile number, after which the available premium channels will be unlocked automatically.
The plan is available for both prepaid and postpaid Jio customers and can be purchased through Jio’s online platforms as well as offline recharge outlets.
The pack also supports advance renewal. If users recharge again before the current validity expires, the next 30-day subscription period will automatically begin after the existing plan ends.
