Lava has officially launched the Lava Smart 4 Plus in India, expanding its lineup of affordable smartphones. The new budget-friendly device offers a large display, Android 15 Go Edition, IP64-rated durability, and a massive 5,000mAh battery. Priced at Rs 9,999, the smartphone is aimed at users looking for a reliable 4G device with modern features at an affordable price.

The Lava Smart 4 Plus features a 6.75-inch HD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate, delivering smoother scrolling and a better viewing experience. The smartphone supports dual Nano SIM cards and runs on Android 15 Go Edition out of the box. Lava has also promised two years of security updates for the device.
Powering the smartphone is an octa-core Unisoc T606 processor paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. It also supports virtual RAM expansion of up to 8GB by using available internal storage, helping improve multitasking performance.
