Gurugram (Haryana): Haryana Health, Medical Education, Research and AYUSH Minister Arti Singh Rao on Thursday dedicated development projects worth approximately ₹2.86 crore aimed at strengthening healthcare services in Gurugram district.
The projects were inaugurated as part of the state government’s ongoing efforts to improve medical infrastructure and expand access to quality healthcare facilities for residents.
Strengthening Health Infrastructure to Meet Rising Population and Urbanisation Needs in Gurugram
Speaking on the occasion, the Minister said that considering the rapidly growing population and urbanisation in Gurugram, the government is continuously working to strengthen the health system to ensure better, accessible, and high-quality medical services for the public.

She emphasised that the upgraded facilities would help improve healthcare delivery and ensure that citizens receive timely medical attention closer to their communities. The initiative is part of the broader strategy to enhance public health infrastructure across Haryana.

Officials stated that the newly dedicated projects are expected to significantly contribute to improving patient care services and reducing pressure on existing healthcare institutions in the district.
