Khushi, a 20-year-old girl who is deaf and mute, traveled alone from Kanpur to Lucknow because she sincerely wanted to give the Chief Minister her handcrafted sketch. The government intervened after she was discovered sobbing outside Lok Bhavan. When the Chief Minister learned of the situation, he immediately took action, disregarding formalities.
