Rajasthan CM Bhajanlal Sharma inspects Sampark Helpline 181; electricity, handpump, and livelihood complaints resolved promptly across the state.

Bhajanlal Sharma, the Chief Minister of Rajasthan, paid a visit to the Rajasthan Sampark Helpline 181 at the Government Secretariat in Jaipur . He heard the people’s complaints and instructed the officials to put out the fire. With this helpline, every common man’s problem in the state is immediately resolved, and the Chief Minister is personally monitoring it. Officials explained the complete process of following up and addressing complaints.

During the inspection, the Chief Minister spoke with numerous persons. Chhaganlal of Surani village in Jodhpur district stated that there was a problem with low voltage electricity and wanted the installation of transformers.

At the Chief Minister’s request, the district government swiftly erected a transformer, and the community now enjoys a reliable power supply. Naval Kishore Sharma of Bardala village, Nadauti tehsil, Karauli district, stated that the handpump was destroyed. On the Chief Minister’s directions, PHED experts repaired the handpump and restored its operation by the evening.

Vishnu, a resident of Barakheda village in Bhilwara district’s Asind tehsil, raised concerns about outstanding funds in the established Bharat Rojgar and Livelihood Mission Rural Guarantee Scheme. The Chief Minister quickly questioned the officials, and the case has since been forwarded to Indian government officers.

Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma stated that the Rajasthan Sampark Helpline 181 is an excellent method of communication between the state administration and the general public. This allows any citizen to communicate directly with the government. He advised the staff that every complaint received by the call center should be answered fast and completely so that consumers may get treatment on time. With such an endeavor, the government becomes more accessible to the people, and problems are quickly resolved.
