Rajasthan CM Bhajan Lal Sharma Approves Rs 1,012.92 Crore for Flood-Damaged Government Assets

Rajasthan CM Bhajan Lal Sharma approves Rs 1,012.92 crore for flood-damaged roads, schools, health facilities, and anganwadis across 41 districts.

Jaipur: State government assets that have been harmed will get better. Sanctions of Rs 1012 crore 92 million were granted by CM Bhajan Lal Sharma to restore government properties destroyed by flooding immediately. The 50288 government building and asset repair projects that have been approved include the restoration of roads, culverts, dams, anicuts, health facilities, schools, and anganwadi buildings that have been destroyed by floods and overflows. Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma’s decision will enable smooth operation of services and facilities across many departments, which will benefit the average citizen.

The approval states that 14212 roads and 1161 culverts in the Public Works Department, 902 assets in the Water Resources Department, and 681 assets in the Medical Department will be repaired with a total budget of Rs 294 crore, Rs 12 crore 80 lakh, and more than Rs 19 crore, respectively. Similarly, the Women and Child Development Department will renovate 7911 anganwadi structures at a cost of Rs 173 crore and 873 Panchayati Raj Department buildings at a cost of Rs 487 crore. Additionally, the Public Health Engineering Department will guarantee the prompt restoration of 17 assets.

District of Bikaner would receive 19.79 crore: Over 1012 crore rupees have been approved for asset repairs in 41 districts throughout the state. The districts of Didwana-Kuchaman have been approved for a total of Rs 24.52 crore, Phalodi for Rs 11.28 crore, Kotputli-Bahror for Rs 8.44 crore, Baran for Rs 25.42 crore, Pali for Rs 12.15 crore, Bikaner for Rs 19.79 crore, and Deeg for Rs 5.03 crore.

Jaipur district received approval for over 60 crore, including 60.57 crore, Jodhpur received 42.09 crore, Sri Ganganagar received 11.70 crore, Chittorgarh received 20.54 crore, Beawar received 12.48 crore, and Udaipur district received 40.88 crore. Sikar has also been approved for Rs 20.42 crore, Rajsamand district for Rs 29.18 crore, Tonk for Rs 51.15 crore, Nagaur district for Rs 55.45 crore, Pratapgarh for Rs 17.19 crore, Dungarpur for Rs 19.88 crore, Sirohi for Rs 25.02 crore, Churu for Rs 25.80 crore, and Sawai Madhopur district for Rs 23.86 crore.

In addition, districts of Dausa, Bharatpur, Jaisalmer, and Khairthal-Tijara have received a total of Rs 32.15 crore, Rs 8.99 crore, 6.35 crore, Rs 2.93 crore, and Rs 39.41 crore, respectively. Additionally, the following districts have been approved: Bundi, Barmer, Salumber, and Jalore districts: Rs 42.18 crore, Rs 40.73 crore, Rs 27.08 crore, Rs 51.75 crore, Rs 11.55 crore, Rs 22.63 crore, Rs 22.63 crore, Rs 14.70 crore, Rs 12.52 crore, Rs 24.48 crore, Rs 11.69 crore, Banswara, Rs 38.27 crore, Bhilwara, and Rs 34.97 crore.
