Punjab Investors Summit 2026: AAP Government Commits to Industrial Development

CM Bhagwant Singh Mann assures global investors of incentives to boost industrial growth in Punjab.

SAS NAGAR (MOHALI) : Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann assured global and national industry leaders of full government support and incentives during the concluding day of the three-day Punjab Investors Summit 2026 in SAS Nagar (Mohali). Highlighting the strong participation of business tycoons, the Chief Minister emphasised that the summit has created a favorable environment for industrial growth and economic progress in the state. He also announced a review session after six months to track the progress of investment proposals and projects finalised during the summit.

CM Mann Addresses Industry Leaders

Interacting with entrepreneurs, CM Mann said, “Words are short to describe the dedication of those who have come here to attend the Punjab Investors Summit 2026 and become active partners in the economic development of Punjab. Leading industrialists from around the world have converged at this landmark event.”

He further highlighted the spirit of Punjabis, stating, “Punjabis are natural leaders. While Artificial Intelligence is emerging, the human brain remains key for human resource development. It is heartening to see businessmen increasingly contributing to policy decisions.”

Focus on Economic Growth and Employment

CM Mann detailed the outcomes of the summit: “Around 30 brainstorming sessions were held during the Punjab Investors Summit 2026, which will accelerate economic growth, generate new job opportunities for youth, and curb brain drain from the state.”

He also underlined the government’s commitment to transparency, industrialisation, and collaboration with entrepreneurs: “Those participating in the summit have come willingly to partner in Punjab’s socio-economic progress. This will propel the state’s prosperity and industrial growth while creating more jobs for the youth.”

Referring to the state’s rich cultural legacy and martyrs, CM Mann said, “Punjab has always been a land of courage, resilience, and enterprise. The government inherited challenges, but we are working to make Punjab a front-runner in industry through mutual trust, good governance, and investment-friendly policies.”

He stressed the importance of holistic development: “The pillars of Punjab’s growth are good governance, digitisation, transparency, and decisiveness. Combined with our heritage and culture, these strengths create a conducive environment for investors worldwide.”
