Oath Ceremony at Punjab Raj Bhawan
Chandigarh, September 12 — Punjab Governor Gulab Chand Kataria on Friday administered the oath of office and allegiance to the Constitution to two newly appointed members of the Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC).
The new members, Sanjay Garg and Sarbjit Singh Dhaliwal, both retired district and sessions judges, formally assumed their responsibilities as official members of the state commission. The ceremony took place at Punjab Raj Bhawan in Chandigarh, where dignitaries and senior government officials were present.
Chief Secretary K.A.P. Sinha conducted the proceedings of the swearing-in ceremony. Cabinet Ministers Harpal Singh Cheema and Gurmeet Singh Khuddian also attended, along with PPSC Chairman Major General (Retd.) Vinayak Saini.
