Malerkotla, Punjab – On the auspicious occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr 2026, Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann attended the Eidgah in Malerkotla to offer heartfelt greetings to the Muslim community. He emphasized that festivals like Eid, Diwali, and Gurupurab are shared celebrations that unite communities, reinforcing Punjab’s identity as a land of peace, love, and brotherhood.

Addressing the gathering, the Chief Minister said, “Our festivals transcend religion. They are symbols of harmony and unity, values that Punjab has always cherished.”

CM Mann also highlighted the historic developmental initiatives being undertaken in Malerkotla for the holistic growth of the city. “Malerkotla is witnessing unprecedented progress in health, education, and infrastructure. New facilities like a medical college, hospitals, Aam Aadmi Clinics, and modern libraries are coming up to serve the people better,” he added.
