CM Dr. Mohan Yadav celebrated Diwali with leprosy-affected families at Kushth Dham in Ujjain, sharing gifts, sweets, and support for their well-being.

At Hamukhedi Kushth Dham in Ujjain, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav celebrated Diwali with leprosy sufferers. This time, he gave out gifts, crackers, and candies and wished everyone a happy Diwali.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav expressed his happiness at spending today’s Diwali with his siblings. He wished that everyone might experience warmth, goodwill, health, and wealth during this festival of lights.

In order to guarantee that every family at the leprosy center receives the required government support, the Chief Minister instructed the Collector to carry out a methodical assessment of all the households there. Additionally, he directed that regular pension benefits be given to leprosy victims. CM Dr. Yadav emphasized Ujjain’s continuous development on all fronts, pointing out that the city is seeing the building of new factories and two- and four-lane roads, which are generating jobs and advancing the city in all directions.

Motivated by the Chief Minister’s words, social worker Shri Prakash Yadav declared that each household affected by leprosy would receive ₹21,000.

CM Acquires Puja Materials and Diwali Lamps

The Chief Minister made a halt at a store on Nagjhiri Road to buy Diwali souvenirs on his way back from Hamukhedi. While purchasing lamps, brooms, mustard seeds (dhani), and other festival supplies, he engaged in friendly conversation with the store owner. Additionally, Dr. Yadav discussed schooling with the shopkeeper’s daughter and urged her to do well in her studies. He greeted the store owner and everyone else there on Diwali.
