CM Dr. Mohan Yadav inaugurated the ₹18.07 crore Laser and Sound Show at Mahakal Lok in Ujjain, showcasing Mahakal’s stories and Ujjain’s cultural legacy.

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav opened the Water Screen Projection and Fountain Show on Monday in the Rudra Sagar section of the Mahakal Lok Complex in Ujjain in honor of Diwali. At a cost of ₹18.07 crore, the Laser and Sound Show was created by the Madhya Pradesh State Tourism Development Corporation as part of the Smart City Project. The heavenly stories of Bhagwan Shri Mahakaleshwar, the Mokshdayini Shipra River, and the magnificent legacy of Avantika Nagari are all portrayed in the 25-minute light and music show.

At the Shri Mahakaleshwar Temple, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav also introduced Shri Ann Laddu Prasadam, which would be made with Shri Ann. The Shri Mahakaleshwar Band was also inaugurated in conjunction with this, and they performed a mesmerizing show on the occasion. At the Mahakal Lok premises, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav presented Deepdan and ignited ceremonial lamps.

According to CM Dr. Yadav, the country is developing quickly under Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s direction and with Baba Mahakal’s grace. According to him, Ujjain, also called Avantika Nagari, has a unique place in the nation because of its illustrious and long history. In addition to enhancing pilgrims’ and tourists’ spiritual experiences, the recently opened Light and Sound Show at Rudra Sagar will teach them about the rich history of Ujjain.

The Mahakal Band’s performance was also praised by Chief Minister Dr. Yadav, who declared that it will play frequently throughout the next Mahakal Sawari processions and other religious celebrations.

Public representatives, MLA Shri Anil Jain Kaluheda, Sbhapati Smt. Kalavati Yada, Collector Shri Roshan Kumar Singh, and Superintendent of Police Shri Pradeep Sharma were in attendance.
