Haryana Minister Shyam Singh Rana urges youth to engage in VB-G RAM G program and highlights MSP and farmer schemes at Yuva Mahasammelan.
Haryana Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare Minister, Sh. Shyam Singh Rana, stated that India’s youth are the nation’s greatest strength, driving progress at both the national and state levels. Under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the guidance of Chief Minister Sh. Nayab Singh Saini, the Haryana government is continuously working to make young people self-reliant, educated, and empowered.
Sh. Rana was speaking at the Yuva Mahasammelan held in Sadhaura, Yamunanagar, which was also attended by former MLA Sh. Balwant Singh.

He emphasized that youth should be well-informed about the Government of India’s Viksit Bharat–Guarantee for Rozgar and Ajeevika Mission (Gramin) (VB-G RAM G) Yojana, aimed at strengthening the rural economy. The Haryana government is committed to realizing a developed Haryana by actively involving young people’s ideas, energy, and suggestions.
The minister also highlighted that Haryana is the first state in the country to procure 24 crops at Minimum Support Price (MSP). He further noted that several farmer-focused schemes, including the Bhavantar Bharpai Yojana and Kisan Samman Nidhi Scheme, are being implemented to benefit farmers.
