Haryana Agriculture Minister Shyam Singh Rana urges timely completion of DMF projects, budget utilization, and support for disabled beneficiaries in Yamunanagar

Sh. Shyam Singh Rana, the Haryana Minister of Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare, presided over a District Mineral Foundation (DMF) meeting at Yamunanagar. He gave a detailed review of the district’s ongoing development projects and instructed the relevant officers to make sure that each one is finished on schedule and in phases. The conference was also attended by Sh. Ghanshyam Das Arora, the Yamunanagar MLA.

The Minister instructed the officers to conduct routine inspections and quality checks of the materials used in construction activities and to make sure that all work pertaining to their individual departments is finished by November 30. He underlined that in order to prevent funding lapses, all departments must evaluate and make full use of the budget allotted for the welfare of farmers and the general public.

He approved the Red Cross Society’s use of Rs. 5 lakh to provide tricycles, prosthetic limbs, and hearing aids to qualified registered people with disabilities.

The minister of agriculture also instructed the officers to submit Utilization Certificates (UCs) for all development projects that have been finished thus far, allowing the government to start new initiatives right away.

In order for the public to fully benefit from the policies and initiatives of the Haryana government, he continued, personnel in every department must take all required steps to carry them out. He promised that the administration is prepared to offer whatever assistance that is needed.
