Haryana CM Nayab Singh Saini to launch integrated online portal for health professionals, enabling paperless, AI-enabled, transparent, and efficient services.
Haryana Health Minister Arti Singh Rao announced that the state government is taking a significant step toward transparent, technology-driven health administration. She stated that Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini will inaugurate an integrated online portal for health professionals tomorrow, January 28.
The Health Minister emphasized that the portal reflects the government’s commitment to citizen-centric and efficient governance. She noted that doctors and healthcare workers dedicate themselves to serving society, and it is the government’s responsibility to ensure administrative processes support their work rather than burdening them.
Arti Singh Rao explained that the portal will be implemented in phases. From January 28, 2026, it will be available for professionals in medical, dental, pharmacy, AYUSH, and homeopathy streams, with nursing and physiotherapy professionals included in the next phase. The goal is to create a unified digital platform for all health professionals in Haryana.
The portal will enable a completely paperless system, eliminating the need for postal submissions of documents. All applications and verification processes will be conducted online, addressing delays, risk of document loss, repeated follow-ups, and unnecessary office visits—benefiting especially young doctors.

Through the portal, regulatory documents such as No Objection Certificates (NOC), Good Standing Certificates, and Registration Certificates will be issued digitally. These will be sent directly to the applicant’s registered email and available for immediate download. All certificates will also be integrated with DigiLocker, ensuring secure digital storage, authenticity, and easy access across institutions, eliminating the need for repeated uploads or physical copies.
A mobile app for the portal will also be launched soon, allowing doctors and health professionals to access services anytime, anywhere.
Looking ahead, the government plans to develop the portal as an AI-enabled system, with AI-based chatbots offering guidance and solutions to common queries. Arti Singh Rao said this initiative represents a modern, paperless, transparent, secure, and doctor-focused model of governance, in line with the Digital India vision.
She assured health professionals that the platform has been designed with their convenience in mind and that continuous improvements will be made based on their feedback. The Health Minister stated that this marks a new chapter in health administration in Haryana, where technology will simplify processes and governance will become more responsive.
