During the Kharif procurement season of 2025–26, Haryana Farmers have already received Rs.4,214.85 crore directly in their bank accounts. This makes sure that they get the Minimum Support Price (MSP) in a clear way.
A representative for the Food, Civil Supplies, and Consumer Affairs department indicated that the purchase of paddy is going well in all of the state’s grain markets. The state government has made a lot of plans to make it easy for farmers to get what they need while keeping their best interests in mind.
According to the spokeswoman, HAFED, the Warehousing Corporation, and the Food and Supplies Department are all buying paddy. All relevant departments have been told to make sure that farmers don’t have any problems when they sell their goods.

Farmers who have registered on the “Meri Fasal Mera Byora” portal are selling paddy. So far, 1,67,404 registered farmers in the state have sold paddy.
The spokesperson went on to say that the state mandis have received a total of 3,019,844 lakh metric tonnes of paddy so far, and 2,049,941 lakh metric tonnes of that have already been lifted. So far, 2,710,580 lakh metric tons of paddy have been bought from the mandis.
The spokesperson claimed that the Government of India has set the minimum support price (MSP) for paddy in Haryana, and payments are going straight into farmers’ bank accounts. The price of paddy has not gone down, and the MSP is Rs. 2,389 per quintal.
The spokesperson told farmers to only send their paddy to the market after it had been properly dried and met the Government of India’s quality standards (for example, it should have 17 percent moisture content). This way, they would earn fair and timely rates for their goods.
The official further said that all procurement agencies have been told to make sure that mandis have enough basic amenities like electricity, clean water, and toilets. The district administrations have been told to check grain markets on a regular basis to make sure that farmers don’t have any trouble selling their crops.
The Arhatiyas are also washing the paddy that farmers bring to mandis and procurement centers on their own. The state government is also paying for the mandi labor costs, which include things like filling, weighing, sewing, and loading.
