Haryana Day: DGP OP Singh Highlights Public Security and Children’s Wellbeing

by Desk

Haryana DGP OP Singh emphasizes child safety, cyber awareness, drug prevention, and positive parenting in his Haryana Day message.

In honor of Haryana day, DGP OP Singh greeted the state’s citizens with great warmth. Security, cooperation, fairness, and justice are the fundamental commitments of Haryana Police, he stated in his letter. According to him, the police’s top priority is to ensure public safety.

DGP Singh engaged state parents in conversation throughout his speech, focusing on the responsibilities and nurture of the children. He claimed that kids learn by seeing you, not by listening to you. Don’t do anything that would make them see you. He advised paying close attention to what the kids have to say, valuing what is right and disregarding what is incorrect, because if they don’t receive attention, kids will avoid bad things.

Children should be encouraged to try new things, he said. Errors and disappointments are inevitable in this process, but that is the true path to learning. “To be the best at what we are good at is the goal of life,” he remarked. Value producers and issue solvers are needed by society because they make the system stronger.

The DGP issued a warning on cyber security as well. According to him, the internet is a great way to interact and learn, but it is also a place where crooks and thugs operate these days. Therefore, taking kids off of screens is essential to establishing a connection with the real world. Children should engage in sports, music, and group activities, he suggested, in order to build confidence and collaboration.

“Take the same precautions that you take in real life to avoid cyber fraud,” Singh said. Governmental organizations operate according to regulations, thus there is no reason to be concerned. He clarified that the concept of “digital arrest” does not exist. For those who are unsure, dial 1930 or 112.

To protect kids from narcotics and gangster lifestyle, DGP Singh made a plea. He advised parents to communicate this to their kids on a daily basis. The greatest contribution was saying the right thing repeatedly without losing patience, he added, using Sachin Tendulkar as an example. Similar to how a vegetarian household excludes non-vegetarian food from their children’s diet, drug use should be discouraged.

Children should be encouraged to think positively at all times, he said. Have them consider what they can excel at over the next five years and put forth a lot of effort to achieve it.

DGP OP Singh concluded by saying that while challenges are inevitable in life, it is vital to keep spirits high. Every problem can be handled by exercising patience, much like when doors and windows are closed to prevent thunderstorms.

“Clinding his message, the DGP said,” “You stay safe, that is our goal.” Happy Hind, Happy Haryana.
