Haryana’s Tourism Minister Dr. Arvind Sharma proposes adding Dhosi Hill and Narnaul to the global tourism map, promoting heritage, adventure, and economic growth.

Dr. Arvind Sharma, Haryana’s Minister of Cooperation, Heritage, and Tourism, has suggested adding Dhosi Hill and Narnaul in district Mahendragarh to the global tourism map as part of Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi’s vision of “One State–One Global Destination.” He remarked that if the Ministry of Tourism improves the Mahendragarh–Narnaul area, which is full with history and culture, it will be a great place for both domestic and international tourists to visit.

Dr. Sharma noted that turning this beautiful place in the Aravalli mountain range into a hub for adventure, heritage, naturopathy, and sports-based activities will bring big social, economic, trade, and tourism benefits to South Haryana.

Dr. Arvind Sharma went to Udaipur, Rajasthan, on Tuesday to represent Haryana in the two-day meeting of State Tourism Ministers hosted by the Ministry of Tourism. The conference, which was led by Union Tourism Minister Sh. Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, was about making 50 of India’s best tourist spots fit with the Union Budget’s aim.

Dr. Sharma, who is from Haryana, said that Dhosi Hill and the historic city of Narnaul should be made into worldwide tourism destinations as part of the “One State–One Global Destination” program. He noted that putting Db and palaces—on the world tourism map is very important right now.

He further said that this area, which lies in the Aravalli range and the National Capital Region (NCR), has a lot of potential to become a worldwide tourism corridor and help micro and small businesses, local business units, and entrepreneurs thrive. The Haryana Government, led by Chief Minister Sh. Nayab Singh Saini, is ready to move forward with this plan.

Dr. Sharma also suggested making Faridabad a center for business tourism. He went on to say that there needs to be more chances for meetings, conferences, and exhibits in places like Gurugram, Faridabad, Delhi, Noida, and Ghaziabad, which are surrounded by the beautiful Aravalli Mountains.

Dr. Arvind Sharma asked the tourism ministers of all the states that took part in the national summit to come to the International Gita Mahotsav in Kurukshetra from November 15 to February and the 39th International Crafts Mela in Faridabad in February. He also gave Union tourist Minister Sh. Gajendra Singh Shekhawat and other tourist ministers from different states and Union Territories a memento based on Haryana’s historical heritage that was issued by the Department of Archaeology.

Dr. Shaleen, the head of the tourism department, and Sh. Amit Khatri, the head of the archaeology and museums department, were also there.
