Arvind Kejriwal visits Gujarat for three days to guide AAP workers in Ahmedabad & Vadodara, strengthening party presence across the state.
Ahmedabad, Gujarat : The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) continues to expand its presence in Gujarat as its National Convenor and former Delhi Chief Minister, Arvind Kejriwal, begins a three-day visit to the state. AAP Gujarat spokesperson Dr. Karan Barot shared that Kejriwal will arrive at Ahmedabad Airport on January 17 and will participate in zone-wise worker conferences aimed at strengthening the party organization.
As part of this visit, AAP will conduct seven zonal booth worker conferences across Gujarat. On January 18, Kejriwal will attend the Central Zone Workers’ Conference in Ahmedabad, covering the Lok Sabha constituencies of Ahmedabad, Kheda, Gandhinagar, and Surendranagar. On January 19, he will be present at the Eastern Zone Workers’ Conference in Vadodara, including the districts of Anand, Vadodara, Dahod, Panchmahal, and Chhota Udepur.

These conferences will bring together taluka, district, metropolitan, and booth-level AAP workers, who will receive guidance directly from Kejriwal. Senior AAP leaders, including Gopal Rai, Durgesh Pathak, Isudan Gadhvi, Manoj Sorathia, Gopal Italia, Hemant Khwa, and Chaitar Vasava, will also participate to provide organizational support and strategic direction.
Dr. Barot highlighted the growing trust of the people of Gujarat in AAP, noting that over 18,000 public meetings have been conducted across the state, significantly increasing outreach and engagement with citizens. “AAP’s organizational strength in Gujarat is growing steadily, and the party is emerging as a strong alternative in the state,” he said.

The upcoming worker conferences are aimed at consolidating the party’s grassroots network, enhancing coordination among workers, and empowering them to connect more effectively with the public on key issues.
