AAP Gujarat held a large change meeting in Surat, attended by locals and leaders, pledging reforms in Surat Municipal Corporation for better governance.

Godadara, Surat  – In a strong show of political momentum, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP Gujarat ) organized a massive “change meeting” in Surat Municipal Corporation (SMC) yesterday. Hundreds of local residents attended the gathering, expressing their support for a new direction and resolving to bring significant change in the city’s governance.

The event was addressed by AAP Gujarat State President Isudan Gadhvi, who emphasized the party’s commitment to transparency, good governance, and citizen-centric policies. Prominent leaders present included MLAs Gopal Italia and Chaitar Vasava, State Organization General Secretary Manoj Sorathiya, South Zone In-charge Rambhai Dhaduk, Surat City President Dharmesh Bhanderi, SMC opposition leader Payalben Sakaria, Surat Lok Sabha In-charge Rajinikanth Vaghani, as well as several local office bearers and activists.

During the meeting, party leaders highlighted the need for change in the Surat Municipal Corporation, pointing out issues such as urban infrastructure, public services, and citizen welfare. Residents actively participated in the discussions and expressed their resolve to support AAP’s agenda of clean governance and community development.

The event is seen as a key step in AAP Gujarat’s campaign to strengthen its presence in Surat ahead of future civic elections. Party officials reiterated their promise to work closely with locals to address long-standing civic issues and ensure transparent administration.
