Vadodara, Gujarat: In a strong statement, Isudan Gadhvi, senior leader of AAP Gujarat, criticized BJP and Congress for giving tickets to politicians’ families, relatives, and close associates. He emphasized that Arvind Kejriwal has clearly directed that only the common people of Gujarat should be given the chance to represent their communities.
Highlighting the recent local self-government elections, Gadhvi said, “We have strictly followed this principle, and tickets were given exclusively to ordinary citizens. This is the core value of AAP Gujarat, ensuring that power reaches the people and not the political elite.”

The party’s commitment to grassroots representation was evident in the election of Chhatarbhai Vasava, who comes from a common family. “This is what AAP Gujarat stands for—empowering the ordinary citizen and ensuring that governance reflects the aspirations of the real people of Gujarat,” Gadhvi added. He also reiterated that the party will continue to prioritize candidates who genuinely represent their communities rather than those connected by family ties.
The emphasis on local representation and transparent ticket distribution is expected to strengthen AAP Gujarat’s presence in upcoming elections and resonate strongly with voters seeking change from traditional political dynasties.
