by Tamanna

Delhi : In a major development in the Delhi Excise Case Kejriwal, the Rouse Avenue Court has discharged Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal from all allegations, raising questions over BJP leaders’ statements on the case.

AAP MLA Sanjeev Jha criticized BJP remarks claiming “the picture is yet to be completed” and predicting arrests. “The people of Delhi and the country are watching. How can BJP leaders predict the outcome when the case is still pending in the High Court? Court decisions happen in the judiciary, not party offices,” Jha said.

Delhi Excise Case Kejriwal Moves to High Court, Judicial Process to Decide Outcome

The court’s decision highlights a clear distinction between political speculation and legal proceedings. Officials emphasized that the Delhi Excise Case Kejriwal will now proceed under High Court review, and all decisions will follow due judicial process.

Jha added, “The public deserves the truth. Political statements trying to pre-judge the case undermine citizens’ trust in institutions. The outcome will be decided in the courtroom, not in party offices.”

This development comes as a significant moment for the Delhi Excise Case Kejriwal, underscoring the importance of impartial legal proceedings while putting BJP’s speculative claims under scrutiny.
