Bihar gears up for international hockey tournament
PATNA : For the first time in Bihar’s history, the Hero Asia Cup 2025 will be hosted in the state. The men’s hockey championship will take place at the State Sports Academy-cum-Bihar Sports University in Rajgir from August 29 to September 7.
The event will bring together leading Asian hockey teams, including India, China, Japan, Chinese Taipei, Malaysia, Korea, Oman, and Bangladesh. Their participation will transform Rajgir into a sporting hub and highlight Bihar’s growing presence in international sports.
