Devotees can follow these simple rituals:
- Light a ghee lamp in the temple.
- Perform the abhishek of Lord Hanuman with Gangajal.
- Wipe the idol with a clean cloth after abhishek.
- Mix sindoor with ghee or jasmine oil and offer a ‘chola’ to Lord Hanuman, starting from the left foot.
- Place silver or gold foil on the idol.
- Offer a sacred thread (janeu) and new clothes.
- Present prasad (bhog) and perform aarti.
