New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday began his PM Modi France Slovakia Visit, a week-long diplomatic tour that includes participation in the G7 Summit, bilateral meetings with world leaders, and engagements focused on innovation and global cooperation.

PM Modi France Slovakia Visit Begins With Slovakia Engagements
As part of the PM Modi Slovakia Visit, the Prime Minister will first travel to Slovakia on June 14–15. This visit is historic as it marks the first trip by an Indian Prime Minister to the country since its independence in 1993.
During the PM Modi France Slovakia Visit, he is scheduled to meet Slovak President Peter Pellegrini and Prime Minister Robert Fico, along with business leaders to boost economic cooperation.
Modi Slovakia Visit Includes G7 Summit Participation
A major highlight of the PM Modi Slovakia Visit is his participation in the G7 Summit in Evian, France on June 16–17. India’s presence at the summit for the eighth consecutive year reflects its growing global influence.

As part of the PM Modi France Slovakia Visit, Modi will also participate in the “Bharat Innovates” programme and attend the VivaTech 2026 event in Paris.
