Abhishek received the ‘Best Actor in a Leading Role Male’ award for his performance in “I Want To Talk.” He was recognized alongside Kartik Aaryan, who was feted for his film “Chandu Champion.”
Abhishek became somewhat emotive while accepting his award and disclosed that he had been practicing this speech for years.
“I am unable to recall the number of times I have rehearsed a speech for this award, as this year marks 25 years in the film industry.” This has been a fantasy come true, and I am deeply moved and humbled. “It is even more special to receive it in the presence of my family,” the ‘Guru’ actor stated.

Abhishek expressed his gratitude to his wife, Aishwarya Rai, and daughter, Aaradhya, for enabling him to pursue his aspirations. I would like to dedicate this film to my father, who is my idol, and to my other hero, my daughter. It is a story about a father and a daughter.
