PM Modi to Unveil ₹8,469 Crore Development Projects in Haryana on April 14

In alignment with the “Gobardhan Mission,” the Prime Minister will lay the foundation for a ₹90 crore compressed biogas plant in Mukarabpur, within the Yamunanagar-Jagadhari Municipal Corporation area. The facility, set to commence operations by 2027, will produce 2,600 metric tons of biogas annually. This initiative aims to manage organic waste effectively while promoting clean energy solutions and environmental sustainability.
Launch of Air Services from Maharaja Agrasen Airport, Hisar
Further enhancing connectivity, PM Modi will inaugurate air services from Maharaja Agrasen Airport in Hisar. The newly launched routes will include flights to Ayodhya, Jammu, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, and Chandigarh, facilitating improved regional connectivity. Additionally, the second phase of the airport’s development, entailing an investment of ₹413 crore, will be initiated. This phase includes the construction of a 37,790 sqm passenger terminal, a 2,235 sqm cargo terminal, and an air traffic control building, with completion anticipated by April 17, 2027.
Completion of Rewari Bypass Project
The Rewari bypass project, constructed at a cost of ₹1,069.42 crore under the Bharatmala Pariyojana, has been completed and is now fully operational. This 14.4 km long bypass is expected to reduce travel time between Delhi and Narnaul by approximately one hour, alleviating traffic congestion in Rewari city and enhancing transportation efficiency across the region.
