CM Nayab Singh Saini urges Haryana youth to combine skills with technology, create startups, and promote Swadeshi industries at Swadeshi Mahotsav-2025.

Nayab Singh Saini, the chief minister of Haryana, has challenged young people to combine their indigenous abilities with contemporary technology to become employment producers rather than job seekers. According to him, the Haryana government is totally dedicated to encouraging young people to start their own businesses and is doing so by supporting programs like Stand-Up India, the Mudra Scheme, and specific subsidies for the MSME sector. According to him, the creation of Swadeshi technology by young people will not only support new businesses but also greatly advance India’s position as a worldwide leader.

After launching the Swadeshi Mahotsav-2025 in Panchkula , the Chief Minister was speaking to the crowd.

According to Saini, the idea of Swadeshi is no longer restricted to conventional goods in the present startup era. It is currently being encouraged in contemporary industries like semiconductors, software, technology, and defense gear. According to him, there are already over 12 lakh MSMEs registered in Haryana, employing about 65,000 people.

He went on to say that the state administration continuously strives to bring local manufacturing up to par with international standards. The “Padma” scheme was introduced as part of this drive to identify and market each block’s unique items. Rewari’s brass craft, Panipat’s handlooms, and Ambala’s scientific instruments are to become recognized as Brand India both domestically and internationally.

According to him, the goal of the “Haryana State Startup Policy-2022” is to develop a youth force that can create jobs in the state. Because of this, Haryana now has the seventh-highest number of startups in the nation. Currently, the state is home to more than 9,500 recognized startups. He added that a Rs 2,000 crore Fund of Funds is being created to support firms financially, allowing young entrepreneurs to follow their creative ideas without worrying about money.

According to the Chief Minister, Mahatma Gandhi used Swadeshi to encourage self-reliance, making it a central component of India’s freedom campaign. With the goal of an independent India, Swadeshi is now moving in a new path under the command of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
