Haryana govt orders all HKRNL contractual employees to update family income details on the PPP Portal within 20 days to ensure accurate service records.

The Haryana Government has instructed all departments, committees, corporations, and public undertakings to ensure the prompt and accurate updating of annual family income information on the Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP) Portal by contractual employees engaged through Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam Limited (HKRNL).

In a communication issued by Chief Secretary Sh. Anurag Rastogi, it is stated that the directives are a continuation of the Deployment of Contractual Persons Policy, 2022, which mandates that the Nigam must ensure the comprehensive and up-to-date maintenance of PPP details for individuals engaged in manpower deployment. Failure to update family income details has resulted in discrepancies within service records and has caused unnecessary delays in the processing of administrative matters.

The letter indicates that the government has duly acknowledged the fact that numerous individuals who joined various departments between August 17, 2019, and December 31, 2021, have not updated their PPP details, especially regarding their family income status. This phenomenon has been observed notwithstanding the consistent disbursement of wages via HKRNL.

The State Government has now directed all relevant contractual employees to promptly update their family income information on the PPP Portal. The obligation has also been delegated to departments, committees, and corporations to appropriately ensure compliance within their respective domains.

All Administrative Secretaries have been instructed to issue the requisite directives to the heads of departments, boards, and corporations under their jurisdiction to ensure that PPP records, particularly the family income status of contractual employees deployed through HKRNL, are updated within 20 days from the date of communication.

The Government has underscored the importance of adhering strictly to these instructions to guarantee the accuracy of records and the efficient operation of administrative functions across all departments.
