Haryana CM Nayab Singh Saini announces new govt college, upgraded hospital, sewage projects, roads, and community centers to accelerate Ladwa constituency growth.

In order to accelerate development in the Ladwa Assembly Constituency, Haryana Chief Minister Sh. Nayab Singh Saini proposed a number of important measures, with a particular emphasis on infrastructure, health, and education. An educational institution in the state shall bear the name of Sant Shiromani Sen Bhagat Ji Maharaj, he declared. He also said that a Government College would be established at Ramshran Majra (Babain) and that the Ladwa Community Health Center would be upgraded into a 50-bed Sub-Divisional Hospital-cum-Community Health Center.

When speaking at the state-level event as the Chief Guest on the occasion of Sant Shiromani Sen Bhagat Ji Maharaj Jayanti in Ladwa, Kurukshetra district, on Thursday, the Chief Minister made these announcements.

Under the Khet-Khalihan Scheme, the Chief Minister also declared that 25 km of rural walkways would be built. Additionally, he declared Rs. 5 crore for the development of the constituency’s villages and another Rs. 5 crore for the reinforcement of village phirnis…. Subject to the availability of land, he continued, an HSVP sector would be built in Ladwa.

Under the Mahagram Scheme, a sewer system would be installed in the villages.

The Chief Minister said that Babain and Ram Saran Majra and Umri and Deru Majra would be combined to create a sewage system and STP under the Mahagram Scheme. Additionally, 38 communities will have their outdated and damaged AC/PVC pipelines replaced with DI pipelines. At an anticipated cost of Rs. 22.47 crore, sewage pipes will also be installed in Pipli, Bir Pipli, and adjacent residential colonies.

Additionally, Sh. Nayab Singh Saini declared that a Community Center would be built on Ladwa’s Indri Road. According to the approved list, 23 development projects will be implemented in the Ladwa Municipal Committee region. Additionally, he declared that a new office building for the Municipal Committee in Ladwa, an Ambedkar Bhawan, and a PWD Rest House will be constructed.

He said that the Ladwa Assembly Constituency’s 82 PWD roads, which stretch 186.13 km and are presently under the Defect Liability Period (DLP), will be maintained as needed by the relevant agencies. At a cost of Rs. 10.19 crore, special repair work would be done on nine highways totaling 37.46 km. Currently, 30 highways totaling 117 kilometers are under construction.

Similarly, the competent organizations will also maintain 48 Marketing Board roads that are under the DLP and span 81.71 km. While construction is already under progress on four roads totaling 6.36 km, special repairs will be made to twenty highways totaling 34.73 km.

According to the Chief Minister, a plot would be assigned in accordance with the regulations when the institution submits an application to develop a hostel in Hisar under the name of Sant Shiromani Sen Ji Maharaj. Additionally, the procedure of allocating the site in HSVP, Karnal, that the institution has sought would be accelerated. The concerned agency will review the institution’s plea for a 27 percent (16 + 11) reservation relaxation for Backward Classes A and B posts in the Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam, he added.

After determining its viability, he added, a magnificent main gate in Panipat will be built in honor of Sant Shiromani Sen Bhagat Ji Maharaj.
