Gold price today falls in India on Nov 24: 24K gold drops to Rs 1,23,150/10g, silver down to Rs 1,51,000/kg amid global market decline.
Gold Price Today: On November 24, the price of yellow metal in India dropped by over Rs 1,600 to about Rs 1,23,150/10 grams, while the price of silver dropped by over Rs 8,200 to approximately Rs 1,51,000/kg. International markets have also seen a drop in the price of gold and silver. Silver prices have dropped by about $50 per ounce, while Comex gold prices have dropped to $4,080 per ounce.
The price of 24 carat gold in India on November 24
India’s 24-carat gold price is currently at Rs 12,583 per gramme, down by Rs 1 from yesterday’s price of Rs 12,584. The cost of 8 grams is Rs 1,00,664, which is Rs 8 less than the previous price of Rs 1,00,672. The price of the 10-gram has decreased by Rs 10, from Rs 1,25,840 yesterday to Rs 1,25,830 today. The price of 100 grams has also decreased by Rs 100, from Rs 12,58,400 to Rs 12,58,300.
The price of 22-karat gold in India on November 24
The price of 22-carat gold in India is currently Rs 11,534 per gramme, which is a slight decrease of Rs 1 from yesterday’s price of Rs 11,535. The price is now Rs 92,272 for 8 grams, down Rs 8 from Rs 92,280 the day before. In comparison to yesterday’s price of Rs 1,15,350, the 10-gram rate has dropped by Rs 10 and is currently priced at Rs 1,15,340. Similarly, the price of 100 grams has decreased by Rs 100, from Rs 11,53,500 to Rs 11,53,400.

India’s 8-karat gold price on November 24
The price of 18 carat gold in India is currently Rs 9,437 per gramme, which is a minor drop of Rs 1 from yesterday’s price of Rs 9,438. From Rs 75,504 yesterday to Rs 75,496 today, the 8-gram pricing has dropped by Rs 8. The price has decreased by Rs 10 from Rs 94,380 to Rs 94,370 for 10 grams. In a same vein, the price of 100 grams has decreased by Rs 100, from Rs 9,43,800 yesterday to Rs 9,43,700 today.
Over the previous week, the price of gold and silver has dropped significantly, by almost Rs 8,300. The India Bullion and Jewellers Association (IBJA) reports that the price of 10 grams of 24-carat gold has decreased from Rs 1,24,794 to Rs 1,23,146 in the past week. This amounts to a Rs 1,648 decrease. The possibility of an interest rate cut has decreased in the US due to better-than-expected non-farm payroll data. Therefore, conflicting signals can put pressure on gold. The price of gold per ten grams could stay between Rs 1.20 lakh and Rs 1.24 lakh.
