Haryana celebrates 350th Shaheedi Diwas of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji with PM Modi attending Jyotisar events, Nagar Kirtans, and International Gita Mahotsav

Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur J, 350th Shaheedi Diwas made a supreme sacrifice for the defense of mankind, religion, and the country, according to Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini. This is a legacy that needs to be shared with everyone so that future generations might be inspired by this significant history.

The 350th Shaheedi diwas of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji is being celebrated in Jyotisar by the Haryana Government and the Haryana Sikh Gurdwara Prabandhak Committee with the aim of educating the public about the Gurus’ penance, sacrifice, and beautiful legacy. PM will take part in this occasion. The Prime Minister will thereafter pay a visit to the Mahabharata Anubhav Kendra, which will be accessible to both Indian and foreign tourists. Panchjanya will also be inaugurated by him on the same site. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will also participate in the Maha Aarti and the International Gita Mahotsav.

On Friday, Saini was speaking with reporters after touring the Jyotisar location in the Kurukshetra district. The venue and the Anubhav Kendra were previously inspected by the Chief Minister, Chief Secretary Anurag Rastogi, Director General of the Information, Public Relations, and Languages Department K.M. Pandurang, former Minister Subhash Sudha, Principal Secretary of the Tourism Department Kala Ramachandran, Tourism Director Dr. Shaleen, and OSD Dr. Prabhleen Singh.

Saini informed the officials that four sacred Nagar Kirtan Yatras are being held throughout the state, traveling through every district of Haryana, in observance of the 350th Shaheedi diwas of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji. On November 24, these Yatras would come to an end in Kurukshetra. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be the chief guest at a samagam for Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji’s Shaheedi diwas in Kurukshetra on November 25.

According to the chief minister, the Haryana government is always trying to spread awareness of the customs, lessons, and sacrifices made by the gurus and other notable figures. In this context, the State Government honored Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji’s 550th birthday with a great deal of devotion and respect. Today, the 350th Shaheedi diwas of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji is also being celebrated. He highlighted a number of government efforts and stated that the State is determined to raise awareness of the sacrifices made by the Gurus and their unmatched contributions to humanity so that future generations might learn from these holy role models.
