CM Yogi Adityanath visits Prayagraj on Nov 22 to perform Ganga Pujan, inspect Magh Mela-2026 arrangements, and review security & devotees’ facilities

On November 22, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will travel to Prayagraj. The Mela Authority and the district government had finished all the arrangements before his arrival. In addition to attending religious events, the Chief Minister will oversee the Magh Mela-2026 preparations on land during the visit. CM Yogi will first attend a marital program before returning to Sangam.

The Prime Minister’s comprehensive agenda

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will arrive at the police line helipad at 9:45 a.m., where he will be formally welcomed by officials in a state chopper.

Hotel Kanha Shyam, 09:50 p.m.
The Chief Minister will head straight to Hotel Kanha Shyam from the helicopter. He is going to be at a private wedding. The hotel’s grounds are now more secure.

Departure to Sangam Nos at 10:10 p.m.
His entourage will drive to Sangam Nose once the event is over.

10:30 p.m.: Sangam Nose’s Ganga Pujan
At Sangam Nose, CM will perform Ganga Pujan. Traditional worship will be conducted in a traditional way while saints and dheoacharyas are present.

Inspection of the Mela Area and the Big Hanuman Temple Darshan, 10:45–11:15 p.m.
The Chief Minister will visit the large Hanuman temple and examine the Mela area following the puja. He will assess the route, the security, and the devotees’ amenities during this period.

Review meeting at ICC Auditorium, 11:20–11:50 p.m.
At the ICCC Auditorium in the Mela Authority, the Chief Minister will preside over a high-level review meeting on the Magh Mela-2026 preparations. Senior representatives from the administration, police, and fair department will be present during the meeting.

Arrival at the Parade Ground Helipad at 11:55 p.m.
They will leave the car and head to the helipad at the parade ground following the review meeting.

Flight to Bamrauli Airport at 12:00 pm
The CM will take a helicopter from the Parade Ground to Bamrauli Airport.

12:20 pm: Head to Bamrauli Airport to continue your journey.
He will arrive at Bamrauli Airport at 12:20 p.m. and depart for his next destination.
