CM Dr. Mohan Yadav emphasizes efficient governance, rewards districts with zero complaints, and disciplines officials for delays in citizen services.
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that by advancing innovation and enhancing work practices, efforts should be made to finish citizens’ projects on schedule and at a high standard. CM Helpline will reward departments and districts that receive zero complaints, while encouraging those with the fewest complaints. The Chief Minister called on officers and staff to maintain good governance by working diligently and effectively.
Nineteen employees were disciplined for their irresponsibility during the Samadhan Online evaluation, and three employees were suspended. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav took disciplinary action in seven cases, set up a departmental investigation against one employee found guilty, ordered the withholding of increments for five government employees, and sent show-cause notices to six others.

Great Work Is Appreciated
From Samatva Bhavan, his official house, CM Dr. Yadav had a video conference on Thursday to discuss pending citizen cases from different districts. In the interest of the public, he directed officials to operate effectively. District-level recognition was given to Raisen and Datia districts for their exceptional performance in recent months, and the Energy Department took first place among departments.
The Chief Minister, Dr. Yadav, congratulated four officers for resolving all CM Helpline complaints in September: Shri K.K. Dubey (Sub-Inspector, Rawatpura, Bhind); Shri Venkatesh Nerkar (Junior Engineer, Energy Department, Mandla); Dr. Nandita Nigam (Block Medical Officer, Dhar); and Shri Kamlesh Shukla (Assistant Director, Backward Class and Minority Welfare, Satna). Attending the meeting were Senior Officials, including Chief Secretary Shri Anurag Jain and Additional Chief Secretary to the Chief Minister Shri Neeraj Mandloi.
Examined cases
Issues like land purchase, public distribution, nutrition grants, scholarships, and teacher attendance were all discussed in the evaluation.
In Anuppur, the gram panchayat secretary was suspended and another official’s pay raise was delayed in order to delay the payment of applicant Seeta Baiga’s nutrition grant. In Rewa, applicant Ashish Bahaliya was given a laptop that was delayed, and comparable cases that were still outstanding were told to be settled right away. The backward class scholarship payment for applicant Ujjwal Sahu was guaranteed in Dindori, and those accountable for the delay brought on by portal problems were disciplined. For the delay in paying applicant Yogesh under the Pratibha Protsahan Yojana, officials in Mandsaur were held accountable. The applicant, Shri Arun Yadav, received his ₹97,500 overdue subsidy in another Dindori case, and the bank personnel involved were instructed to take action. One police and a Cottage and Village Industries Department employee were also given a show-cause notice.
Shivani Maurya of Dhar complained that the hostel bedding funding had not been approved, and Chief Minister Dr. Yadav voiced his disapproval and instructed the Tribal Welfare Department to take swift action to address the issue. He threatened to take severe measures if hostel facilities were not provided with care.
Because they linked Sanjana Patel’s Samagra ID to someone else’s Aadhaar, four government employees in Maihar were subject to penalties, including pay deduction, reassignment, show-cause notice, and salary stoppage. Three officials were punished when Sushri Ramdevi Varman in Jabalpur received payment through Samadhan Online under the Janani Suraksha Yojana.

Five years later, Shri Shivpratap Bundela received ₹17.25 lakh in land compensation in Ashoknagar, along with directives for disciplinary action against the offending official. In Shivpuri, the grant for agricultural mechanization was returned to the applicant, Shri Saurabh Kirar, and the pay raises for three technicians and one officer were halted. A Supply Officer’s raise was denied and the then-Gram Panchayat Secretary was suspended in another Maihar case for failing to properly distribute rations and run a fair price shop at the assigned location.
The chief minister’s main orders
- Work for the public should not be postponed; it must be finished on time.
- Educational institutions must provide students with the necessities; collectors should visit campuses on a regular basis.
- Action against officials who cause delays must be taken, and accountability must be guaranteed.
- Since the public holds bank personnel equally responsible, their carelessness should also result in severe consequences.
- No grievances ought to be left unresolved in offices.
- Every welfare program must be carried out successfully.
- Only with the approval of the local councillor in urban areas and the corresponding sarpanch in rural areas may fair pricing stores be moved.
