He remarked that nature gives us both good and negative traits, but we can only find enduring satisfaction and true happiness through hard effort, merit, and being happy with what we have. Governor Shri Patel said that destiny gives everyone what they actually deserve, but being jealous of other people’s success takes away joy and happiness. He told everyone to learn how to curb their bad habits. He said that October is a month for celebrations and cleaning oneself. Navratri and Vijayadashami are two festivals that help us get rid of the bad things inside us. Diwali is also a time for fresh beginnings, new energy, and excitement. It’s a chance to let go of each other’s faults and flaws and make love and harmony stronger.
Governor Shri Patel wished everyone a happy and prosperous Diwali and prayed that every day would bring happiness to everyone. Shilpi Diwakar, the Household Controller, ran the program.
