PM Modi is set to visit Sonipat on October 17 to commemorate one year of the BJP’s third term in power in Haryana.
The preparations for PM Modi ‘s forthcoming visit to Sonipat were reviewed and necessary directives were issued by Haryana CM Nayab Singh Saini during a meeting with officers from various departments on Friday.
On October 17, Prime Minister Modi will visit Sonipat to commemorate the conclusion of the third term of the BJP government in Haryana, which will have run for one year. According to an official statement, the Prime Minister will dedicate and inaugurate numerous developmental projects valued at crores of rupees for the state’s residents during his visit.
According to the statement, the Prime Minister’s visit will intensify the resolve of ‘Viksit Bharat-Viksit Haryana’ and provide new momentum and direction to Haryana’s development. Saini instructed the officers to guarantee that all program-related arrangements are executed in a timely and coordinated manner.
Additionally, he assessed the advancement of the projects that are anticipated to be inaugurated or whose foundation stones are to be set. Saini directed the officials to complete the infrastructure and venue preparations within the designated timeframe, as well as to finalize the programme schedule, route plan, security, and crowd management strategy.
Over the past decade, Haryana has achieved remarkable milestones in development under the stewardship of PM Modi, according to Saini. “Haryana is currently among the top states in the country as a result of the transparent administrative system that encourages investment, welfare-oriented policies of the state government, and the effective implementation of central government schemes,” he stated.
The chief minister stated that the prime minister’s visit is not only a source of pride for Haryana but also a significant milestone in the state’s development journey. “The state has experienced significant growth in investment, employment, and civic amenities as a result of the rapid development of infrastructure, which has been facilitated by the combined efforts of the central and state governments,” he stated.
Anurag Rastogi, chief secretary, Rajesh Khullar, chief principal secretary to the CM, Sudhir Rajpal, additional chief secretary, health and family welfare, and Sumita Misra, additional chief secretary, home, were all in attendance at the meeting .
