Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami visited Haldwani and encountered Gangolihat MLA Fakir Ram, who is currently receiving treatment at a facility in the city.
Inquiring about the well-being of MLA Fakir Ram, the Chief Minister arrived at the hospital and extended his best wishes for a swift recovery. Also during the visit, he engaged in a conversation with the physicians regarding the treatment’s advancement and provided the requisite guidance. In order to guarantee that MLA Fakir Ram receives the highest quality of care, he instructed the hospital administration to make all necessary preparations.
The International Vaishya Mahasammelan organized the Diwali Fair at GMS Road, Dehradun, on Sunday. Dhami was present and extended his warmest greetings to all attendees on the festival of lights, according to a release.
Maharaja Agrasen was honored by the Chief Minister, who also conveyed his warmest advance greetings and best wishes for Diwali to all in attendance.
He asserted that the festival of Diwali is a distinctive approach to introducing positive energy into our lives, motivating us to transition from darkness to light and from evil to virtue.

The Chief Minister stated that the Vaishya community has been a torchbearer of Sanatan culture for centuries, transmitting the message of cooperation, harmony, and progress throughout society.
“Dhami stated that the community has consistently provided generous support for the protection of Sanatan Dharma and the promotion of social welfare, and it serves as a symbol of the economic, social, and cultural strength of our nation.”
He further stated that the International Vaishya Mahasammelan is not only promoting trade through this fair, but also preserving traditional culture, encouraging indigenous products, and fostering social unity.
The Chief Minister further stated that Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s capable leadership is actively engaged in the preservation and promotion of our cultural traditions. In parallel, initiatives such as “Vocal for Local,” “Make in India,” “Made in India,” and “Startup India” are making tangible progress toward the realization of the vision of a “Atmanirbhar Bharat.”
