Yogi Adityanath administration to build greenfield expressway connecting key national corridors and reducing travel time across UP.

New Delhi: The Uttar Pradesh administration, headed by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, has announced plans to build a greenfield motorway with a budgetary cost of Rs 1,246 crore as part of a significant infrastructure drive. The goal of the next project is to connect the Ganga Expressway to Noida International Airport in Jewar.

First, the highway was included in the first supplemental budget for the fiscal year 2025–2026 that was presented to the state Assembly during its current winter session.

An expressway that goes through the district of Bulandshahr

The projected motorway will travel through the Bulandshahr area for a total of about 76 kilometers.

When finished, the 78-kilometer section will cut down on travel time considerably. It would improve regional connection between the state’s major industrial and urban hubs, such as Meerut, Khurja, Bulandshahr, and Syana.
