Yogi Adityanath Launches Rs 1200 Benefit for School Kids’ Essentials in UP

Yogi Adityanath govt ensures all eligible families of 1.40 crore UP students receive Rs 1200 for uniforms, shoes, and school bags.

Parents of children enrolled in council schools are expected to get a sizable gift from the Yogi Adityanath government of Uttar Pradesh. Soon, the government would deposit Rs 1200 into the accounts of the families of the state’s 7.5 lakh pupils. That money will be used to buy school bags, shoes, socks, sweaters, and school dresses for kids.

The payment will be made in two stages.

Information indicates that the process of verifying the family members’ Aadhaar cards and bank accounts is nearing completion. Within a week, the money will be transferred to the family members’ accounts of the pupils whose verification was finished in two stages. Currently enrolled in council primary and upper primary schools are 1.40 crore children. of which 1.23 crore students’ families have received money via DBT thus far.

Family member information for 10 lakh students is inaccurate.

We have finished verifying the remaining seven lakh students. Ten lakh students’ parents’ information has been shown to be inaccurate. By going to the home of the family whose bank accounts were either incomplete or not connected to the Aadhaar card, the teachers were able to rectify the information. This information has been forwarded to the Directorate of Basic Education by the district administration.

There were several anomalies discovered.

The aforementioned errors are being quickly checked and fixed, after which the money is sent into their account. This time, the government wants to ensure that no qualified family is denied the program.
