CM Yogi Adityanath Urges BJP Workers to Boost SIR Electoral Roll Campaign for Strong Democracy

by Desk

UP CM Yogi Adityanath urges BJP workers to fully support the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) campaign to strengthen democracy through voter inclusion.

Yogi Adityanath, the chief minister of Uttar Pradesh, has urged members of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) to give the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) campaign of electoral rolls their all. Reach out door-to-door since your efforts in SI R are for democracy. Make an effort to add a name. The electoral roll should include every qualified voter. Employees should fill up the calculating form by going door to door.

Actually, on Friday, December 19, 2025, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath was at the Yogiraj Baba Gambhirnath Auditorium for a crucial meeting with BJP activists regarding the SIR campaign. Seven BJP groups’ office-bearers attended the meeting.

Congress, SP, and other opposition parties

Speaking at the event, Yogi Adityanath claimed that people who wish to undermine India’s democracy are speaking freely about SIR. He wins because of his effort, and he blames EVMs if he loses. The Congress, the Samajwadi Party, and other opposition parties are solely at odds on this.
“Everyone has to contribute to the strength of democracy.”
