Ghaziabad Development Authority simplifies allottee registration with a slot booking system on its website, saving time and reducing hassle

A slot booking mechanism will be introduced by the Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) to facilitate the allottees’ property registration procedure. On the website of the Ghaziabad Development Authority, the system will enable allottees to reserve a registration time, much like driving licenses and passports do.

Officials say the implementing business representatives would show the system to GDA Vice-Chairman Atul Vats on Monday at the authority’s auditorium.

By integrating the initiative with the Pahal portal of the authority, the current method that frequently required allottees to visit clerks and officials repeatedly will be replaced. Officials reported that around 100 allottees come to the GDA office every month to register.

The concerned clerk will process the application after a slot is reserved, and the person who has been assigned will finish the registration at the Registrar’s office at the appointed time.
