Punjab govt empowers employees with promotions, recognizing dedication, inclusivity, and career development.

“Under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, the Punjab govt is taking essential steps for the welfare of the people of the state and is equally committed to safeguarding employee rights and their career growth,” said Dr. Baljit Kaur, Minister of Social Security, Women, and Child Development.

This has resulted in the promotion of 24 Grade 4 staff members from the Social Security, Women, and Child Development Department to the position of clerk. These newly promoted employees at Punjab Bhawan received their promotion orders today from Cabinet Minister Dr. Baljit Kaur.

Four employees with special needs have been promoted to the position of clerk based on fair promotion and equal opportunity standards. According to the minister, this decision is a clear illustration of the Punjab government’s unwavering commitment to giving employees of all types equal rights, respect, and opportunity for advancement.

“The department works for the welfare of the elderly, women, children, and the underprivileged,” Dr. Baljit Kaur remarked, congratulating the recently hired clerks. As a result, it is crucial to carry out the new duties with commitment and integrity.

The minister gave department officials instructions at the meeting to give the promoted staff members appropriate and preliminary training so they can carry out their jobs more successfully and competently.
