Kuldeep Singh Dhaliwal met Makhan Singh’s family in Amritsar, assuring full support, strict action, and a swift investigation to bring the killers to justice.

Kuldeep Singh Dhaliwal, an MLA and main spokesperson for the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Punjab, went to Ghanshyampura village in Amritsar on Tuesday to meet the family of Makhan Singh, who was shot and killed by miscreants on Monday. Dhaliwal expressed his profound sorrow over the occurrence, offered the family his sympathies, and reassured them that the Punjab government is fully behind them during this trying time. He also promised that anyone who committed the crime would face severe and prompt consequences.

According to Dhaliwal, it is really regrettable and concerning when anti-social elements kill an innocent man. He declared that violence of any kind would not be tolerated by the government and restated Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann’s administration’s resolve to secure the accused’s prompt arrest and provide the victim’s family with justice.

When Dhaliwal met with the family, he gave them his word that the government would aid them in every way imaginable, including security, financial support, and any other assistance that was needed. He underlined that the Punjab government’s top priorities are upholding law and order and guaranteeing each citizen’s safety.

Dhaliwal went on to say that no offender will escape punishment, regardless of their connections or level of influence. He reaffirmed that everyone is subject to the same laws and that those who violate them would be subject to the harshest penalties. He went on to say that the administration is taking this situation very seriously and would not put up with any carelessness while it is being investigated.

He added that anyone attempting to disrupt Punjab’s peace, harmony, and law and order would receive a stern warning from the government. Dhaliwal advised the locals to cooperate with the authorities during the investigation and have faith in the legal system.

Following his visit to the crime scene, Dhaliwal spoke with top officials and gave them instructions to make sure the probe gets underway right away. According to him, the government has a moral and constitutional obligation to provide justice to the victim’s family, and it will do so first.

Dhaliwal gave the family another assurance before departing that the government would not desert them and would see to it that the offenders were apprehended and brought before them. He stated that the matter will continue to be closely watched by the government and that justice must be done as well as perceived to be done.
