Following his new assignment in the Punjab Cabinet, Cabinet Minister Ravjot Singh visited Dera Sachkhand Ballan in Jalandhar to offer prayers and seek divine guidance. Bowing his head in reverence, he expressed gratitude for being entrusted with the important role of overseeing the state’s jail administration.

Minister Ravjot Singh emphasized that this new responsibility is a significant opportunity to improve prison management, ensure the welfare of inmates, and maintain discipline and security across Punjab’s jails. He prayed for strength and wisdom to fulfill his duties with honesty and dedication.

During the visit, Ravjot Singh highlighted his plans to introduce reforms aimed at modernizing prison infrastructure, enhancing rehabilitation programs, and balancing strict security with humane treatment for inmates.
